The rubber bumpers
on my SE6a have been in danger of falling off for a while
so I took the remainder of the black silicone rubber used
to fit Ray's rear hatch glass, cleaned up the mating surfaces
of the metal and rubber and stuck them.
After tentioning
some wooden strips over the rubber with string I found I
could ease the rubber under the metalwork and it would stay
there to cure.
